Making CPR, First Aid/AED Training Accessible

At The Blind Muse Foundation, we are dedicated to fostering communication, education, and connection between the blind and visually impaired community and the sighted community. Our mission is to create unique, inclusive, and empowering activities that bring these communities together. One of our key initiatives is providing mentorship and support to blind-owned businesses, helping them thrive and make a positive impact.

We are currently raising funds to support First Aid Ally, a remarkable blind-owned and operated healthcare education organization. Founded by two inspiring individuals who have been blind since birth, First Aid Ally is dedicated to providing top-notch CPR, First Aid, and AED training. Both founders are certified CPR, First Aid/AED instructors who have successfully trained and certified numerous blind individuals in these critical skills.

First Aid Ally is on a mission to expand its reach and provide inclusive CPR training and certifications to the broader community. To achieve this, they need essential educational tools, specifically CPR mannequins, which are vital for effective hands-on training. With these tools, First Aid Ally can enhance the quality of their training sessions, ensuring that participants gain the confidence and skills needed to save lives.

Your generous donation will directly contribute to the purchase of these Red Cross mannequins, empowering First Aid Ally to continue their exceptional work and extend their impact within the community. By supporting this initiative, you are not only helping a blind-owned business grow but also promoting inclusivity and accessibility in healthcare education.
